Billing & Shipping
We provide complimentary express shipping globally for all purchases exceeding $200.
Orders submitted through our website are processed from Monday to Friday, AEST. Please note that production times do not include weekends or public holidays. The production schedule mentioned at the time of purchase commences on the first business day following the order placement.
EXTENDED PRODUCTION TIMES | 24TH JANUARY - 4TH FEBRUARY
Orders made from Wednesday, 24th January to Sunday, 4th February will experience delays. An extra 5 business days should be added to the production times specified in each product’s description. It’s important to remember that these production times do not cover the duration of shipping.
Items bought within this timeframe are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Australian shipping
Orders within Australia are shipped via Australia Post Express with tracking and signature on delivery.
For orders under $200 a flat rate of $10 for shipping will be charged. Once your item has been dispatched we will notify you via email with your tracking number.
Please check your spam/junk mail folders for order confirmations and tracking information.
International shipping
Orders outside of Australia are shipped via DHL Express Australia Post or FedEx (all with signature on delivery).
For orders under $200, a flat rate of $40 for shipping will be charged. All international purchases are exempt from Australian taxes.
Although we may use Australia Post, we advise you to track your order via your national postal service once your parcel has arrived in your designated country, as they will alert you of any customs/duties that may need to be paid, and will also deliver your parcel.

Incorrect address
Please provide TJOAN with correct shipping/delivery information as we will not be held responsible for incorrectly entered addresses or an address that is not recognised by Australia Post or International Registered Post.
We are unable to redirect orders after items have been dispatched and we cannot refund or replace items that are tracked as being delivered.
