We’ve focused on establishing a circular production model since our inception, emphasizing the use of recyclable materials throughout our creation, packaging, and remodelling efforts.

IN-HOUSE MANUFACTURING
From the initial design to the final assembly, all our pieces are crafted in our Sydney Studio by Australian jewelers. We’re passionate about supporting local artisans and sustaining Australian production of our jewelry lines, thereby investing in the craftsmen behind our products.
DIAMOND SOURCING
We are steadfast in our commitment to following all applicable domestic and international regulations, ensuring the highest standards of ethics, human rights, and social responsibility.
We demand that our suppliers adhere to the “Kimberly Process Certification Scheme” to eliminate conflict diamonds from the global market. Our sourcing of materials, including precious metals and gems, strictly abides by legitimate channels, in accordance with United Nations Resolutions and relevant local laws.
EXCESS MATERIALS
We recycle all precious metals in our studio. Our advanced cleaning and filtration systems allow us to reclaim and recycle scrap metal and lemel, promoting a circular economy with minimal waste. We efficiently recycle scrap gold in every situation. We’ve also implemented specialized bins for sorting various materials like scrap metal, lemel, tools, emery paper, and cleaning waste. Our environmental commitment includes educating our staff on sustainable waste management practices to ensure eco-friendly operations.
REMODELLING
Our aim is to create timeless collections that last for generations, setting the standard for sustainable luxury. Our jewelry is made from fully recyclable precious materials. We offer a custom remodelling service for certain items, allowing customers to refresh and repurpose their existing jewelry, using precious materials to craft new, vibrant designs.
SUSTAINABLE PACKAGING
In line with our eco-conscious goals, we’ve updated our packaging solutions. TJOAN orders are presented in sustainable packaging choices. Our boxes and retail bags consist entirely of recyclable materials. We aim to reuse any plastic packaging in our studios or stores to cut down on single-use plastic waste.
